India advocates independent Palestine state at UNGA, calls for de-escalation of Gaza conflict, Israel-Hamas war

India has given a ‘clear’ message to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on the ongoing conflict in Gaza Strip, saying the country has always advocated the resumption of direct negotiations for the establishment of a sovereign, independent and viable State of Palestine.
